  • What types of clients do you typically see?
    We work with individuals, couples, families, including children and adolescents.
  • What are typical areas that you address?
    Each one of our therapists specializes in a specific area, and all work with anxiety, stress, depression, work/life ballance. For more information of our therapists specialities please see our about us page. In addition our therapists work with individuals, families, and couples addressing challenges, parenting, communication, infertility, pre-marital counseling, addictions, grief/loss, trauma, and extended family issues.
  • What types of treatment models do you use?
    We all use a relational or systems theory approaches which means we focus on helping relationships. In addition, many of us use specific models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitazion and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Art Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
  • How much to therapy sessions cost?
    As the cost of a therapy session varies depending on the therapist you see, we ask that you contact our office for the individual rates. Rates vary between $125-$300. Some sliding scale spots are available on a case by case limited basis. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Our therapists do not accept insurance, however a few of our therapists do accept Tricare/Triwest insurance only. In addition, our therapists can provide to you what is called an “Insurance Super Bill”. This allows you to submit information needed by your insurance company to apply for reimbursement. Your insurance company will then decide how much is reimbursable or applied to your deductible. Please note that anytime you use your insurance (in network, out of network, and superbills) you must meet the DSM 5 medical diagnosis to be covered by insurance. This diagnosis becomes a part of your perminant record.
  • How long do sessions last?
    We typically see clients once a week for 50 minutes. However each client is unique and you and your therapist will disucss the frequency and length of sessions together.
  • Do I have to come into the office?
    No! While we do encourage clients to come to the office we do understand that sometimes that can be difficult. Our therapists offer teletherapy sessions as well as home and school based sessions. Due to Covid19 all of our therapists are offering teletherapy session only at this time.
